- Development of accurate and efficient methods for structural variant discovery, genotyping and characterization using graphical pangenomics
- Understanding the effects of variation on gene expression regulation
- The interplay between structural variation and meiotic recombination and the role of recombination in shaping genomic diversity
Our group specializes in agricultural bioinformatics, genomics and pangenomics. We use computational methods to study genetic makeup underpinning agronomic traits, such stress tolerance, disease resistance and productivity related characteristics.
